Breton Salle a Manger, lovely condition in oak (dark stained). Rather special carved set, with traditional Breton scenes and characters (including table legs and buffet supports carved as male and female peasant figures). Table (with foot rest beneath) 1 metre wide x 1.6 metres long, extending to 2.6 metres. 6 matching chairs with carved backs. Buffet 2.6 metres long, base has four cupboards and two drawers; top has two main cupboards, plus two angled side cupboards. Carved Breton scenes on doors, plus oak pegged trimmings, etc. All in excellent order. Very reluctant sale at 1,000 euros.
