Christmas market.

As part of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall on the night of 9 November 1989. Exhibition on the theme of borders and symbols of the division of the world during the Cold War period. At the Mémorial de Caen.

Exhibition of abstract and figurative paintings by Elliott Mercer in oils and other mediums on canvas and wood. Exhibition opening-night reception at 18:30 15 October. Arenga Restaurant 16, Rue de Courtonne, Caen.

Visit the Nicolas Poussin Museum. Poussin is considered by some to be the greatest French painter of the 17th century and was born in 1594 in Villers, a village close to Les Andelys. Open every day except Tuesday from 14:00 - 18:00. Bookings can be made for morning visits.

Temporary exhibition entitled "Women in the war", depicting womens' lives and roles during the Second World War. 15 May to 30 September, Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 - 12:00, every day 14:00 - 18:00. 1 October to 30 November, Wednesday to Sunday 14:00 - 18:00. At the Musée de la Liberation.
